A You+Love event is an evening of back-to-back 7-minute calls in the app. Every call is with someone you both chose.
What to expect
An event, step by step
- Up to 2 months ahead
Register
Events near you show up in the app up to two months ahead. Registration closes 3 days before the start.
- Before the event
Like the people going
See who’s registered and like the people you’d like to meet. Matching closes at 11:59 PM the night before.
- From 3 days before
Confirm you’re coming
The app asks you to confirm. Only confirmed guests get calls, so your calls are with people who plan to be there.
- Event day
Your schedule is set
Overnight, the app pairs you with your matches, starting with the ones you both marked as a priority.
- 5 minutes before
Join
Tap Join in the Events tab, and the app counts down to your first call.
- About two hours
Your calls
Up to 10 calls of 7 minutes each, with a minute between them to answer how it went.
- After the last call
Closing questions
Did you feel a special connection tonight? Someone else with potential? If you picked each other, you get one more call, starting on voice.
- The next day and on
Next steps
Your matches move to Ongoing, where you can book an Extra Call or a date from each other’s open times.

Who’s there?
People registered for the same event who fit what you’re looking for, and who are looking for someone like you.
What if someone doesn’t show?
If a match hasn’t joined a minute after the start, you move on to your next call automatically.
Can I cancel?
Yes, until the event starts. Cancel before your schedule is set and what you paid comes back as credit.
