Browse the FAQGo to Settings, then Contact Support. Choose a topic, tell us what happened, and add screenshots if they help. We reply by email, or call you back if you leave a number.
Write to support@youplus.company. Include the phone number or email you sign in with, so we can find your account.
Changing your phone number? Send us the new one, and we’ll help you verify it.
Have a suggestion for You+Love? Go to Settings, then Send Feedback. We’d love to hear it.
Support isn’t an emergency service. To report someone, tap the flag by their name, or open your match and tap ••• at the top right. Our Safety page lists hotlines that can help. To have an intimate image of you removed, see Remove an intimate image.
