If someone shared an intimate image or video of you on You+Love without your consent, you can ask us to remove it. This includes images that were edited or made with AI to look like you. You don’t need an account, and someone you authorize can ask for you. We remove the image within 48 hours of a complete request.
How to ask
Email support@youplus.company with the subject “Intimate image removal,” and include:
- Where it is: the member’s first name, age, and city as the app shows them, and whether it’s a profile photo, a prompt answer, or a message. You don’t need to send the image itself.
- A statement: that you believe in good faith the image was shared without your consent (or the consent of the person you’re asking for), with anything that helps us see that.
- How to reach you: your email address, and a phone number if you’d like a call.
- Your signature: type your full name. If you’re asking for someone else, tell us who you are and why you can act for them.
If the image shows someone under 18, don’t send it or forward it to anyone, including us. Tell us where it is instead, and see our Child Safety Standards.
In the app, you can also report it: hold the photo, prompt answer, or message, choose Report, and pick the reason Intimate images shared without consent. These reports are urgent, and we handle them the same way.
What happens next
- We remove the image within 48 hours of a complete request, along with any identical copies we know of.
- If we can’t find it from what you sent, we’ll ask you for more detail.
- The member who shared it faces action up to removal from You+Love. We don’t tell them who asked.
- We email you when it’s done.
